Commercial Loan Officer - Atlanta, GA - Ref# CLO-8547

This position is responsible for the generation of new commercial real estate loans. Must have a good understanding of the commercial lending process. 3 years or more as a commercial loan officer with a positive track record (meeting/exceeding sales goals). Must be able to underwrite his/her own transactions - ideally, candidates should have completed a formal credit training program.

Education; Bachelor degree in finance or related field required (MBA or CFA preferred).

 

Commercial Underwriter - Atlanta, GA - Ref# CLO-7584

This position is responsible for the underwriting of new commercial real estate transactions. Must have a good understanding of commercial loan underwriting. Ideally, candidates should have completed a formal credit training program and 2 or more years of related experience. Fannie Mae, FHA, Freddie Mac, SBA 7a, SBA 504, USDA, Conventional, and Conduit underwriting experience preferred.

Education; Bachelor degree in finance or related field required.
